Varde Management, L.P. is a Minneapolis-based alternative investment firm with roots in distressed debt and credit-oriented strategies. Founded in 1993, the firm built its reputation navigating illiquid, mispriced, or overlooked assets across credit cycles — a heritage that still shows up in the concentrated, conviction-weighted structure of its reported equity book.
